Shipping within the United States
This storefront accepts US delivery addresses. Product prices exclude shipping. Checkout shows live standard and, when available, expedited shipping rates for your items and address. Products are made to order through our print partner. Every physical product is printed in the United States and shipped from within the US, so there are no import duties or customs fees. Posters, framed prints, canvas and framed canvas usually arrive within 5 business days with standard shipping in the contiguous US (not Alaska, Hawaii, US territories, PO boxes or military addresses). Other products and addresses can take longer, and December is busier. Checkout shows the shipping options for your address.
Allow time for both production and shipping. Contact us before ordering if you need an item for a particular date. We send tracking when your order ships; you can also track your order here. Products in the same order may arrive separately.
Damaged, misprinted, or incorrect?
Email hello@brushandpaint.com within 30 days of delivery with your order reference and clear photos of the issue. We offer a reprint or refund for a damaged, misprinted, or incorrect order. Please contact us before returning an item.
Cancellations and change of mind
Your product is made from the image and crop you select. Check them carefully before paying. We do not offer change-of-mind returns once production starts. If you need to cancel, contact us immediately; we will check whether production can still be stopped.
Digital downloads
A digital download is emailed to you as a download link that stays live for 30 days. Nothing is shipped and there is no shipping charge. We send the file as soon as payment clears, and your cart asks you to agree to that first, so a download can’t be canceled once it’s sent. If the file is faulty or not what you ordered, email hello@brushandpaint.com and we’ll put it right or refund it.
Your rights and our contact details
These policies do not limit any consumer rights that apply to your purchase. Brush & Paint is operated by Craig Fearn, a UK sole trader. Our correspondence address is 124 City Road, London, EC1V 2NX, United Kingdom. It is not a return destination unless we instruct you to send an item there.
