Your product and artwork
You are buying a made-to-order product printed from your uploaded image or your selected AI scene, or a digital download of that image. Our print partner makes and ships your order from within the United States. You must own, or have permission to use, transform and reproduce, the image you provide. You must also have permission from any identifiable people shown. Do not upload unlawful or infringing material.
Check your selection
Inspect the artwork, crop, product, finish and size before adding an item to your cart. Direct printing does not use AI to regenerate your artwork. Optional AI scenes are artistic interpretations and may alter faces, colors, brushwork or other details. We do not guarantee exact preservation of every feature. Screen colors can differ from the finished product.
Prices and payment
Prices on this storefront are in US dollars and exclude shipping, which is shown separately at checkout. The amount shown by Stripe before you confirm payment is the amount charged. We do not see or store your card details.
Order acceptance
Placing an order is an offer to buy. We confirm acceptance when the order enters production. If we cannot fulfill an order because a product is unavailable or the image cannot be used, we will notify you and refund any payment taken for it.
Shipping, cancellations, and problems
See our shipping and returns policy. Products are personalized to your selection. Change-of-mind returns are not offered after production starts. Damaged, misprinted or incorrect orders qualify for a reprint or refund; contact us within 30 days with your order reference and photos.
Digital downloads
A digital download is a file, not a shipped product. We email the download link as soon as your payment clears, and only if you check the box in your cart asking us to. Because the file is sent right away, a download can’t be canceled once it’s sent. A file that is faulty or not as described is replaced or refunded.
Your data
We use your images and order information to provide the requested service. See our privacy notice for service providers, retention periods and contact details.
Consumer rights
Nothing in these terms excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded. Mandatory protections applicable where you live remain available to you.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, because Brush & Paint is run from the UK. If you live in the United States, you can bring a claim in the courts of the state where you live, and nothing in these terms takes away the consumer protections your state’s law gives you.
