Custom tote bags for your hobby kit
A classic cotton tote in natural or black, with your artwork printed on the front in a 10 × 10 inch area. The bag measures approximately 15 × 16.5 inches, with 26.4 inch handles. Your crop fills a square print area; the back is unprinted. An uploaded background is part of the design and will appear on the bag.
Natural bag or black bag
Pick the bag color before you take the photo. The square print area takes your whole crop, background included, so the card behind the model should suit the cotton it lands on.
Natural cotton
Shoot on white or cream card. Greens, browns and other earth tones sit well against undyed cotton, which suits a ranger, a druid or a mossy woodland base.
Black
Shoot on black card. Bright schemes, glowing weapons and metallics stand out. Very dark armor beside a black background can merge into the bag, so lift the shadows in your file first.
A bag for the hobby kit
Take it to club night with your brushes and paints inside, and the figure on the front tells the table whose kit it is. It also makes an easy gift for a painting friend: photograph their best model at the next game and you’ve got the artwork.
Tote or T-shirt
The T-shirt is white only, with a taller upright print. The tote adds black, and its print is square.
How a painted figure prints on a tote
The print area is square, so crop the figure to a square with a little space around it. A plain background becomes part of the print on the bag, so shoot on card that suits the bag color: light card for natural cotton, dark card for black.
