Put your own painted captain or original artwork on a white Gildan 64000 unisex crewneck T-shirt, available in S, M, L, XL and 2XL, with your image printed on the front. The fabric is 100% cotton. The artwork area is approximately 12 × 16 inches; the crop preview shows the artwork, not the whole shirt. The back is unprinted.
Choose your size
Lay a shirt that fits you flat and compare its chest width and body length. These approximate garment measurements come from Gelato; allow for normal manufacturing variation. Chest width is measured across the laid-flat shirt, not around the body.

Prepare your image
A portrait composition makes the best use of the print area. Backgrounds in your uploaded image are printed too; this route does not remove a background or create an all-over garment print. Read the garment’s care label when it arrives.
Start with the image
Upload a JPEG, PNG, or WebP up to 10 MB. You must own the image or have permission to reproduce it. Your original artwork can go straight to the product selector, with no AI generation. If you start with a painted miniature, the optional scene studio lets you explore a different setting first.
Check before you order
The selector shows available sizes, finishes, and USD prices, and checks your image resolution. Pick a product to inspect the crop. Shipping is added at checkout for your cart and address. Compare every size and price, or read our file preparation notes.

Gelato produces your selected product to order. The product image is a Gelato mockup of the exact product model, shown with example miniature artwork. Your finished item uses the image and crop you select. Read shipping and returns before placing your order.
